KIDS Center is dedicated to the prevention, evaluation and treatment of child abuse.
Evaluations include comprehensive medical examinations, child-friendly forensic interviews and family support services.
Treatment includes therapy provided on-site by Deschutes Mental Health therapists and a KIDS Center therapist.
Community child abuse Prevention and Education efforts include organizing the annual Blue Ribbon Campaign in April and providing Darkness to Light 'Stewards of Children' child sexual abuse prevention trainings and awareness campaign.
