  • Working at KIDS Center means you’re part of a greater team that creates a supportive response to child abuse. We are looking to fill a key role in our organization as a Front Office Coordinator.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with an opportunity for growth for those interested. We are looking for an individual that supports our mission and can provide a warm and welcoming dynamic for families, community partners and donors who come through our doors. To be successful, you will need to bring a flexible “can-do” attitude and be skilled at both administrative duties and interpersonal relationships. This might include sitting with a child while their caregiver is with a provider, cleaning a family waiting room, answering the phone, ensuring walk-in donations are appropriately channeled, processing crime victim compensation applications, conducting client satisfaction surveys or a multitude of other tasks that arise each day.

You’ll need to have a high-school diploma, incredible customer service skills, and be able to communicate clearly both in writing and in-person. Please also let us know if you speak Spanish.
