Being prepared to intervene as a bystander is key to preventing child sexual abuse. In this 1-hour training, you will learn guidelines for healthy touch and safe, respectful ways to interact with children. The discussion will be centered around guidelines for healthy touch at home and in youth-serving settings, how to balance children’s needs for warmth and affection with safe, respectful ways of interacting, and learning about when touching behaviors can become inappropriate.

You will exit the training being able to engage in conversations about child sexual abuse prevention with other adults and enact prevention policies where children live, learn, and play.
